Jeff Wernick is the managing director for the Business Consulting division of Ronald Blue Trust.

As managing director, Jeff oversees the growth and expansion of the division. In addition to his leadership role, Jeff actively advises business owners with corporate strategy, capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning. He finds great enjoyment assisting business owners with determining the purpose of their organization, enhancing its value and preserving the legacy they have created.

Jeff joined Ronald Blue & Co. (the predecessor company to Ronald Blue Trust) in 2012, contributing over 15 years of experience in the investment and merchant banking fields. He previously served as a founder and managing director of Trion Capital Partners, a boutique corporate finance advisory firm serving growth-oriented businesses in need of merger and acquisition or capital structuring advice.

Jeff began his career with Equitable Securities Corporation (later sold to SunTrust) in the investment banking group, specializing primarily in equity and merger and acquisition-related transactions. In 2000, he joined Rodgers Capital Group (RCG), a prominent Southeast family office, and supported RCG’s merchant banking and principal investment activities.

Jeff earned his BBA in finance from the University of Georgia. His community engagement includes co-founding Nashville RBI (Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities), a non-profit organization that uses baseball and softball to inspire inner-city youth to recognize their potential and realize their dreams.

Jeff and his wife, Katrina, have three children and live in Brentwood, Tennessee.
