Chris Allen is a Business Consulting Services Specialist for Ronald Blue Trust. In his role, Chris advises business owners in the determination of corporate purpose, the maximization of value, and the preservation of legacy. His experience around building culture and developing people compliment the overall strategy of the Business Consulting Division.
Prior to joining Ronald Blue Trust, Chris served as the Chief Talent Officer of Movement Mortgage, where he acquired, developed, and deployed talent across the organization. In his role, he was responsible for recruiting, training and development, Human Resources, and culture. Prior to his time at Movement Mortgage, Chris was a Campus Pastor at Elevation Church where he oversaw the largest campus ministry, developed campus pastors, and enhanced the student ministry.
Chris graduated cum laude with an Interdisciplinary Studies degree in Business and Christian Education from Wheaton College.
Chris is an active member of his local church. He is also an advisory board member for Project 658.
Chris and his wife, Jamie, live in Charlotte, NC and have three sons and a daughter.
