Founder, On Mission

Becca Spradlin, the founder of On Mission, specializes in executive facilitation, organizational assessment, and strategic planning. On Mission services were incubated during her time at HOPE International, following the publication of Mission Drift. In 2020, she co-authored the Mission True Workbook, an interactive guide providing leaders with practical next steps to keep their organizations on Mission.

She brings 15 years of experience facilitating workshops and evaluations for businesses and nonprofits on five continents, including five years at a rating agency. She is a Prosci© certified change management practitioner and holds a master’s degree in applied economics from Johns Hopkins University and undergraduate degrees in business and communications from Grove City College. She resides in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with her husband and three children.
